Terms of service

Effective 14 October 2026

These terms apply when you access SnackApp, join early access or use a paid plan. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

SnackApp organises newsletters, promotional messages and similar content into a separate reading experience. Early-access features may change as the product develops. We will describe material paid-plan changes before they affect your next renewal.

Your account and use

You are responsible for information sent through your account and for keeping access details secure. Do not use SnackApp to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, send unsolicited email, probe systems or disrupt other users.

Subscriptions

Snack Pro is offered at the price and billing frequency shown at checkout. By subscribing, you authorise Revolut to collect recurring payments until cancellation. Taxes, if applicable, are shown or handled as required. You can cancel before the next renewal and retain access through the paid period.

Content and intellectual property

You retain rights in content you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to process, store and display it for the service. SnackApp’s software, visual design and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may suspend access to maintain security, comply with law or prevent material harm.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SnackApp is provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights available under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory consumer protections.

Ending use

You may stop using SnackApp at any time. We may restrict or close accounts that materially breach these terms, after reasonable notice where appropriate.
