SnackApp is designed to give newsletters and promotional email a separate, calmer home. This policy explains the information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information you give us

When you join early access, contact us or create an account, we may receive your name, email address, support messages and the preferences you choose to share. If you subscribe to Snack Pro, Revolut processes your payment details. SnackApp does not receive or store your full card number.

Newsletter content

When the reading service launches, emails sent or forwarded to your private Snack address will be processed so we can display them in your reading queue. That content will be used only to provide and secure the service, not to sell advertising profiles.

Technical information

Our servers may record standard security and operational data such as IP address, request time, browser type and error details. We use this to prevent abuse, diagnose faults and keep the service reliable.

Payments

Recurring payments are provided by Revolut. Revolut may process identity, contact and payment information under its own privacy policy. We retain payment references, subscription status and billing dates needed to provide Snack Pro and answer support questions.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as it is needed for the service, legal obligations, dispute handling and security. You can ask us to delete early-access or account information, subject to records we must retain by law.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with infrastructure, email, monitoring and payment providers that help us operate SnackApp, or where required by law.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link in any message. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@snackapp.co.
